2012 - The Village Hall needs someone – possibly you!
Your village hall was built in 1950 with various extensions having been added in the intervening years – the Garden Room, the Selby Suite and most recently a newly fitted-out kitchen bringing it up to modern standards. The Hall provides a focus point for many organisations who meet there regularly for recreation, artistic endeavour, education, cultural events, private parties, church events, Brownies, dancing to name just a few. 2012 will see the start-up of a new campaign of fund raising for the eventual re-building of the Village Hall to bring it up to new eco standards for the enjoyment of all for the next 60 years and beyond.
